Caption on front: CHRISTMAS AT THE SANITARIUM BATTLE CREEK MICH
Written on front: Dear May: Your surprise reached me safely today and I was so delighted to see the likeness of your dear face. I must still look them over and will return
Written on back: them tomorrow. This is a picture of the children who pulled the presents for the xmas tree here. The presents were in the snow ball. They pulled it up the aisle which shows plainly in the card I am sending Edwin. Papa can tell you where we were as he took me over in the wheel chair. I have felt fine yesterday and today. Do be careful of your dear self. I wish you had not gone to school there old days.
With much love and hugs and kisses from Mother
