dc.description	Rick Hulsey leadership of Willard Library covered 24 years, from 1990 to 2014, that saw a massive expansion in digital offerings, the construction of a branch on Battle Creek’s south side and the establishment of Willard as district library funded by a perpetual millage. Hulsey’s career at Willard Library began in 1979 and included five years, from 1980 to 1985, as assistant director under Michael R. Shamalla. Hulsey left the library for five years to become supervisor of technical information at Kellogg Co.	en_US
