At the meeting of ladies at Trump's hall yesterday afternoon, some four hundred being present, the following resolution was adopted. RESOLVED, That it is the pleasure of this meeting to form a permanent society of the women of our city, with the object as has been stated: i. e. the promotion of educational, philanthropic, temperance, scientific, literary, art and musical interests aud as many other interests as the club may deem advisable. A committee was appointed to draft a constitution for tbe proposed organization to be reported at a meeting to be held at the same place at 4 p.m. Friday, the 22nd. All ladies who wish to see organized in our city a large woman's club based on broad grounds of common sense, and provided with commodious and attractive club rooms, are invited to be present at Friday's meeting.	en_US
