Typed on back: Dedicating the Soldiers' Monument. Dr. S. S. French is shown standing at the extreme right-hand corner of the speakers' stand and has just pulled the cord that unveiled the Monument. An immense crowd was present at the ceremony. Trees were standing on the Andrus' lawn, where the new Postoffice [sic] was building, also on the Grace Brown corner, where the new City Hall has been erected. (#54)
