Color postcard showing a photo of the Fire Chief's care and hose with City Hall in background, located on the northeast corner of East Michigan Avenue and Division Street, and with the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the center. Built in 1914, the Neo Classical Revival styled City Hall building was designed by Ernest W. Arnold and built at a cost of $305,000. It is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places
