Color postcard showing a photo of City Hall, located on the northeast corner of East Michigan Avenue and Division Street, with the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the foreground. Built in 1914, the Neo Classical Revival styled building was designed by Ernest W. Arnold and built at a cost of $305,000. It is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Soldiers and Sailors Monument can be seen in the left foreground and the First Methodist Church is at the right. |
