Color postcard showing a photo of City Hall, located on the northeast corner of East Michigan Avenue and Division Street, with the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the foreground. Built in 1914, the Neo Classical Revival styled building was designed by Ernest W. Arnold and built at a cost of $305,000. It is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Written on back: Dear Lillie - Our baby arrived 2.15 Feb. 19 her name is Frances Adelse and he weighed 9 lb. and is doing fine so is Ada we are pretty [illegible] we are all real well. I hope you all are the same. I don't know whether we will get out there or not.
