Color Postcard showing a photo of the Seventh Day Adventist "Dime Tabernacle" before the fire that destroyed it on January 7, 1922. Dedicated on April 20, 1879, the $26,275 cost of building the church was raised by donations of a dime a month from members. It could seat 3,200 people. The Dime Tabernacle was located on the corner of West Main (now West Michigan Avenue) and North Washington Street, facing McCamly Park.
