This building was dedicated in February, 1896 and served the congregation until 1928 when a new Church was dedicated on Capital Avenue, Northeast. Caption on front: First Presbyterian Church - Battle Creek, Mich. Written on front: July 16, 1906 Dear Cousin I am visiting a fine day in Battle Creek while Annie is at home. Went to church last night. It was a union service and the Presbyterian minister spoke. Hope you are better. Will answer soon. All were well at home.
