The Country Club operated on this property from 1906 - 1919, moving to its Goguac Lake location in 1919. Caption on front: Country Club, Battle Creek, Mich. Written on back: Well, Dear, how are you? I haven't been feeling well at all. Would have sent a card before but haven't been downtown. You know who I was telling you about, have seen him. This is the only postal card I have ever written on.
