Written on back: Thursday 10/29 Hello, Sweetheart - This is ward 3 at the VA Im in charge of the building. It's a long way from one end to the other. I have patients, all old fellows and most of them very nice. I'm just about finished with the big job of getting it organized the way I want it. My office is right behind the tree in the middle, the big one. We had a beautiful day, but rain is forecast for tomorrow. I finally got my ten days in and now have three off. And I'm ready for a rest. I have an appointment to get the work done on the car tomorrow. Hope he can do a good job for us. I'm going to try to get the lock for the door too.
