Fountain St. According to an article in the June 2, 1979, Enquirer and News, Rathbun's wife is in the carriage while his son Stephen J., who later became a corporal in the Spanish American War and a prominent Battle Creek businessman, sits astride the horse. Another son, Jay, sits in the goat cart, while the baby of the family, Earl H., sits on the bench with sister Luella. |
