dc.description A face painted on a fire hydrant smiles amid the rubble of the former Hill Piston Service Co. building at 94 W. Jackson St. The building was demolished to make way for what then was described as a $32.6 million office-retail-residential project in the second phase of the downtown revitalization project. Kellogg purchased about seven acres, which would eventually become the site of the company's headquarters. Hill Piston moved to 120 Grove St. en_US
