The exterior of the Battle Creek Gas Co. building a 23 E. Michigan Ave. The building opened Sept. 1, 1965, and closed Dec. 1, 1989. The building was razed as part of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation relocation project. The company's previous headquarters was at 26 E. Michigan Ave., which was acquired by Ermisch Travel in 1968.
