dc.description The Battle Creek Elks Temple at 14 N. McCamly Street received designation on the State Register of Historic Sites, the Enquirer and News reported on Dec. 5, 1981. It was believed to be the oldest Elks building in Michigan built specifically as an Elks home and continuously occupied as such since its dedication in 1912. The building was demolished in 1987. en_US
